PERTH RUNNING DIAGNOSTIC TESTING
Using the latest evidence-based testing to accurately diagnose your running related injury. All running injuries require very different approaches in their management with the common goal of keeping you as active as possible and giving your injury some evidence-based ‘breathing space’ to desensitise and heal.
You get access to all of your video recordings both past and present in order to keep up-to-date with 1:1 interactions with your physiotherapist regarding progressions in technique. An ongoing thread is formulated should you have any questions along the way.

PERTH RUNNING TREATMENT
Utilising a variety of techniques (manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques etc) and exercise prescriptions (running-specific strength & conditioning programs, running technique modifications) to not only assist with pain, but to fast-track any deficits that may hinder your ability to begin rehabilitation and continue to run.
Dissecting your performance and strength tests allows for the most efficient prescription in strength and mobility programs to help you restore the running deficits in the fastest way possible!
PERTH RUNNING ANALYSIS
Real time movement of the individual are recorded and observed using slow motion video analysis in order to allow a better grasp of where the common faults reside.
Discussions with the physiotherapist regarding your running technique help to find the patterns in movement contributing to your injury with modifications in technique aiming to improve running efficiency and reduce any additional stress upon your body.
