Whatever pain you are experiencing, Back2It can help

From niggles to chronic pain, Back2It has you covered through some of the services listed below

Dry Needling

Dry Needling

Acupuncture needles are placed into symptomatic or hypertonic (tight) areas in a muscle to provide immediate relief in pain and an improvement in range of motion. A twitch response is often elicited indicating the release of a trigger point or muscle knot.

Manual Therapies

Manual Therapies

Muscles, tendons and joints are manipulated in a variety of ways to improve range of motion, reduce pain, enhance healing and regain correct postural alignment.

Exercise Rehab

Exercise Rehab

An individual can have an injury brought about from an imbalance of strength within the body. Once such strength deficits are identified, a tailored program can be created to ensure that the correct muscles are activating in the correct ways.

Mobility Programs

Mobility Programs

Movement imbalances within the body cause vulnerability to injury. Tailoring a mobility program can ensure that you enhance your body’s healing environment whilst decreasing the chance of such injuries returning in the future.

Postural Analysis

Postural Analysis

You may be fit and healthy, but what body positions are you adopting for the majority of the day? Postural management plans allow you to learn which muscles need to be stretched and which muscles need to be strengthened to restore correct alignment within the body.

Pre & Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Pre & Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

1:1 Rehabilitation focusing on restoring range of motion & improving strength as you embark on the most pain-free proactive rehabilitative process ever.

Which Service do I book?
Initial Consult:
Select if either you are a new client to Back2it Physiotherapy, or if you have a new injury from what has previously been treated. This consult allows time for discussing your history, and providing a thorough assessment and treatment
(45 minutes)
Subsequent Consult:
Following on from your initial consult, subsequent consults provide treatment and reinforce the management plans going forward.
(30 minutes)
Clinical & Functional MOVEMENT Screen:
A detailed head-to-toe analysis on clinical and functional movement in the body. A precise way to find imbalances between left and right sides of the body and further provide an explanation why particular injuries or limitations keep reoccurring as they do.

The Point of Difference

Why choose Back2It?

In the 5 years of being a Physiotherapist, Mark has worked within a strength and conditioning facility for a good reason. He has a very pro-active approach in how an individual can achieve and create the most effective healing environment for their own body. Although physiotherapy is important in initially taking control of symptoms and promoting better movement, Mark takes just as much pride in taking his clients onto the gym floor and teaching them the latest and greatest mobility and strength exercises to work towards injury prevention in for the future. Since you can’t have Physiotherapy 7 days per week, wouldn’t you like to know how to replicate some of the treatments?
