Clandon is our Biokineticist and Personal Trainer. A biokineticist is a clinical exercise specialist who creates a better quality of life for those they work with.

Clandon focuses on improving areas such as weight management, chronic health conditions, the rehabilitation both pre and post-surgical and athletic performance, all through scientifically based physical activity assessments and program prescriptions.

Biokinetics focuses on improving your health, the maintenance of physical abilities and final phase rehabilitation, through scientifically-based physical activity assessments and programme prescription!

A Biokineticist is a clinical exercise specialist who through health and wellness creates a better quality of life for people they work with.

She emphasises the significance of movement quality, recovery, and consistency when implementing programs, ensuring you achieve optimal results. Jess has a range of interests within her practice, including integrating sport-specific training during rehabilitation to facilitate a safe and efficient return to performance. Additionally, she values developing movement competency and strength to enhance overall quality of life.

We also have Pedal Performance which combines an indoor smart bike trainer with cycling-specific strength and conditioning utilising real time biofeedback to acquire the most accurate measures of strength & power to design the most tailored strength program accordingly. The smart bike can be setup to clone your current bike’s dynamics to allow the most efficient transition of results from the work you perform in the gym to your time spent out on the road or gravel.
